Here are what we think you should be looking out for in the eCommerce, UX & CX track at #DMWF North America on the 11 – 12 September in New York at the Brooklyn Expo Center.
Kick starting day two are digital heavy weights, Jamie Kimmel, Research Lead at Instagram and Ben Barone-Nugent! Their session ‘Personalization: Experiences and Products That Do More For Your Customers’ will cover the spectrum of personalization, what is the impact of simply using someone’s name versus personalizing an entire experience and what makes a product or experience feel personal? We cannot wait to see this one!
The session ‘Embrace the Unexpected: How T-Mobile Harnessed the Power of Data to Reach Customers in New Ways’ is sure to see a lot of bums on seats! Vinny Squillace, Director of Digital & Social at T-Mobile and Matt Rednor, CEO at Decoded will explore their work together – from challenging norms to experimenting with new kinds of “market research” and creative testing. They will show how the best creative ideas require risk and how the real opportunities for brand growth and success comes from moving outside traditional guardrails. By experimenting and being fearless, brands like T-Mobile are breaking through to their customers, in a better, bolder, more effective ways.
We we’re also excited to see Michelle Killebrew, VP and Head of Marketing at PwC New Ventures! Ahead of lunch on day 2 Michelle will be sharing her top tips on bringing a new product to life in the marketing in her session, ‘Launching New Products and Transforming your CX Strategy’
