Alex is an experienced global leader in the insights and technology space. She is responsible for overseeing the whole post-sales experience for Alida across the EMEA region, with teams covering both customer & partner success management and professional services in the UK, France and German offices. She is extremely passionate about helping our customers deliver strategic business value and career growth using technology. Her team are focused on driving innovative solutions and strategies to ensure a world-class customer experience with Alida, whether that’s through the services we offer or the strategic support of customer success.
Alex joined Alida  10 years ago as a mixed methods researcher, specialising in supporting global brands and has also previously led Alida’s European full-service insights function. She led the delivery of a wide range of qual and quant programmes, as well as project management services for global brands spanning industries like tech, media and retail.
She has a degree in modern languages from The University of Bristol, and an MSc in International Marketing Strategy from ESCEM business school in Poitiers, France.
