Alicia Hunt serves as a Vice President at J.P. Morgan, where she champions the use of UX tools and leads extensive user research projects that reveal vital insights to improve digital and design usability and customer satisfaction within Corporate & Investment Bank marketing. Her expertise in user behaviour analysis equips various teams to deliver impactful, user-centered digital experiences.

Prior to her current role, Alicia lived in Tokyo, Japan and in Montreal, Canada, where she was selected for the prestigious EU-Canada Acadia Programme —an award recognizing top talent across the European Union. She then advanced her career with Oracle in Dublin, managing sales programs across Europe, before joining J.P. Morgan. Within J.P. Morgan, Alicia held several roles, including Senior Marketing Manager for Merchant Services and Vice President of Global Strategic Intelligence for Payments Marketing, where she leveraged client insights to drive strategic growth and innovation.

Outside of work, Alicia loves playing tennis, traveling, and being creative.
