For the past 12 years Ben has worked in Digital Strategy & Transformation projects within multinational organisations, specialising on articulating digital strategies with a focus on delivering market leading customer experiences in response to disruption. Ben currently leads digital transformation efforts within Shell’s Brand and External Relations function with a strong focus on customer and employee experience.

Prior to this he spent 6 years in consulting at Deloitte Digital and Accenture, working with a host of clients across industry sectors. Ben started his career in retail, at Tesco and Dixons, across a variety of digital and technology programmes.
