After nearly 20 years in the industry, Claire experienced a loss of confidence following the birth of her children. She launched Mums in Marketing in 2020 to recognise the value mothers bring to the industry, and to create a space for support, ambition, connection, and growth.
Today, thousands of women from around the world come together through MiMs to learn, share opportunities and support one another.
Claire is a regular speaker and presenter, delivering keynotes on building communities and sharing honest insights on motherhood, career change and confidence.
