Eduardo is global lead for the strategy and governance in business use of social media in HSBC, across the organisation and more recently for the marketing of the retail and business lines. He is responsible for the establishment and development of global social media standards, internal routines and policies across HSBC. Eduardo articulates the broader agenda and future of social media to enhance HSBC brand, business and reputation and is the “Go To” cross-business person for all principles, workshops, vendor and research discussions for social media as well as new proposals for new practices e.g. messaging, customer service videos, paid media.
