Following a 15 year career in digital transformation consultancy within Financial Services, Government and Telecommunications, Elinor joined Post Office’s newest business division, Identity Services, in March 2018.  With a vision for the Post Office to be the market leader of identity services she is building an engine made of people, processes and technology that drives innovation for new product creation, successful implementation of strategy and sustainable revenue growth.  Elinor is actively involved within her organisation, Women Ahead and the 30% Club in mentoring and developing women in business.
