Having spent most of her career living in Los Angeles and working for thee adidas Entertainment Influencer and Marketing team, she has earned a reputation for establishing partnerships, identifying and signing A-list and rising talent for product co-creation and campaigns. By utilizing her fashion, sport and culture expertise in tandem with an extensive personal network, Emilie has crafted some of the biggest industry-led brand experiences.
In 2019 Emilie blossomed into the role of Global Brand Marketing lead for the company’s biggest partner, Beyoncé. This role of a lifetime allowed her to inspire and develop industry-leading campaigns, seeding creatives and activations.
She has just launched her agency “The Rose Agency” that specializes in providing tailored entertainment and influencer marketing solutions to brands. Her goal is to assist brands in transforming their entertainment influencer marketing efforts in order to realize their full potential and offers a comprehensive range of services including strategy development, creative solutions, and coaching.
Most recently Emilie served as Creative Director for Sony Music’s multi platinum artist Sam Fischer.
