Ian is Flourish’s Managing Director, overseeing our Bristol, London and Dubai offices, and is responsible for driving the vision, personifying our ‘Adventure in every Journey’ philosophy. Under his leadership, Flourish helps clients leverage technology, automation, AI, and data analytics to deliver high-performance solutions across multiple channels.
With his scope of specialist digital knowledge, which includes CRM solution management, CDP development and CMS builds, Ian understands the complexities required to create world class Customer Journeys – with a particular focus on SaaS and enterprise solutions to emerging tech innovations as the enabler, and is responsible for Flourish’s Partner Program. Ian has worked with clients such as Unilever, Mercedes, and the UK Government to develop data-driven strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
