James Dolling is Head of Customer Proposition for Arriva Rail London. James started on the South West Trains graduate scheme and worked in the rail sector for over 10 years.

Notable projects James has worked on include new train introduction, franchise bidding, culture change programmes and organisational change. A core theme throughout all work is how the organisation is placing the customer and colleague at the fore front of the business strategy.

In his recent role James is exploring how digital assets, messaging and training can align in defining the stations of the future to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Change is the only thing which is inevitable and should be embraced and its exciting to explore how we in transport can be fit for the future.
