Jess manages subscriptions for Investors’ Chronicle, the only B2C product in the FT Specialist division. Jess is responsible for growing and engaging the IC’s subscriber base through marketing initiatives and tactics that nurture customer loyalty and advocacy. Working across the whole customer lifecycle, Jess works to identify opportunities to increase acquisitions, customer engagement and retention, including upgrading customers to premium subscription offers to drive incremental revenue growth
Jess is also a member of the FT Women UK committee, and a volunteer with Flic, the FT’s financial and literacy inclusion charity. She has worked on their Covid-19 support project for hospitality workers, which builds knowledge around financial stability for those whose income is not always stable
