Katie has worked in the entertainment industry for over 25 year, having started work in Television and then going to on to Music Management, Where she was the Digital Manager for the likes of One Direction, Little Mix, 5SOS, Disclousure and Sam Smith. Katie’s expertise in building and engaging audiences and supporting talent in building online brands led her to the Creator industry. This is where she went on to be Head of Talent at Gleam Futures managing the likes of Mrs Hinch, Adele Roberts, Kat Farmer, Emily Norris and The Buckleys.
Using her experience from Tv, Music and Digital Katie now runs her own management company Radient Management where she manages James and Clair Buckley (The Buckleys podcast , At Home with The Buckleys Vlog) focused on creating authentic partnerships, strong brands and longevity.
