Lauren has managed and developed a host of brand icons including Axe, No7, Soap & Glory, Revlon and Peroni Nastro Azzurro as well as created new brands Soho Skin and ARKIVE Headcare alongside brand founders. Lauren is an independent advisory board member for the British Beauty Council and a member of CEW UK and US.
