Marina Mansour joined Kyra as part of the founding team in 2017. Since then, Marina has led the
development of the Beauty & Wellness category into the business’s biggest vertical, working with
partners such as L’Oreal S.A, ColourPop, Estée Lauder Companies, Charlotte Tilbury & Function of
Beauty.
Marina has spent her career in the space between talent, content and brands, on the precipice of
influencer marketing during its rise to popularity when social platforms became the prominent
avenue to engage audiences directly. Marina has flexed her expert fluency of social media platforms
and apt understanding for translating partners’ ambitions into highly successful campaigns. In her
current post as VP of Beauty & Wellness at Kyra, Marina established Kyra’s annual Gen Z State of
Beauty report, the only qualitative and quantitative report on how the Beauty consumption habits of
young audiences intersect with social media, in the market.
Marina is a thought-leader & creator in her own right, with an engaged following and 1M likes on
her lead platform TikTok, often collaborating with brands such as Pat McGrath, IT Cosmetics,
Westman Artelier & Summer Fridays. Marina often contributes to titles such as Glossy, The
Independent, Deutsche Welle & WWD, discussing the space between the creator economy, Beauty &
Wellness and brand partners.
Marina started her career on the partnerships teams at adidas and Sony Music, then in 2014, Marina
became the first ever Head of Brand Partnerships at Polydor Records, a frontline label at Universal
Music
