Mark has been working in Airbus for 15 years in both the UK and France. Starting in structures engineering analysis, Mark’s career has always been centred around analytics. In his role today, Mark leads the digital marketing strategy for Airbus Customer Services by working closely with the executive leadership team to help define a multi-year digital marketing roadmap. In his role Mark combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of design systems, user experience and technology to establish vision, manage scope and prioritize a program of work that will be rolled out globally and impact multiple Airbus business areas. In conjunction with managing digital marketing funding and expenses, Mark drives continued investment by creating and maintaining compelling business case proposals for future digital marketing tools.
