Matthew Harwood looks after Customer Communications for NatWest Group, covering the full lifecycle of customer communications, from design and build through to their ongoing management and optimisation. NatWest serves, 18m customers across multiple Brands, having 100’s of millions monthly touch points with them.

Prior to this he was a Digital Product Manager looking after Digital Messaging and has a deep experience across the Data and Digital domains, having worked in many areas of Financial Services.
