In his current role as a senior manager at Colgate-Palmolive, Michael leads the holistic search strategy across Google and Amazon for Northern Europe, employing diverse measurement and forecasting tools to deepen the organisation’s customer insights. In his previous role at Colgate, he successfully launched the CRM program and pioneered first-party data acquisition initiatives.
