During his 8 years in large-scale FMCGs he led in a number of key digital transformation initiatives. In recent years Oakley has repeatedly built and scaled marketing teams in tech startups ranging from elderly care, to food, to fintech, building a culture of experimentation into the heart of the teams to drive triple-digit annual growth rates.
