Being passionate about people transformation, she has embedded digital transformation journeys in the business for employees and senior leaders, enabling the business to build and accelerate new digital product & service offerings. She drives the Open Transformation Hub – a cross-industry network to get organizations jointly ready for a digital future. As a true communication professional and with a broad experience in Brand, Communications & Marketing, she has led communication teams successfully implementing new brands and campaigns in industrial, healthcare, clean technology, and engineering environments. Before joining Linde, Sandy worked in consulting supporting clients in global brand changes and new corporate identity development.
