Stephanie Jaffre joined Accor is 2018 to lead the Group’s e-commerce strategy in the UK.

Now with more than 20 years digital marketing, e-commerce and web merchandising experience- in global travel and tech firms, Stephanie leads the global digital marketing and e-commerce strategy for Accor’s Premium, Midscale & Economy brands.

Focused on driving web direct room and ancillary revenue, Stephanie and her team maximise the full funnel in a 360 digital marketing strategy to support Accor iconic brands including Pullman, Novotel and ibis.

Originally from France, Stephanie lives in London with her family and splits her time between London and Paris.
