Steven is responsible for the governance of social media including strategy processes and coordinating the various specialist teams involved in delivering customer information. He has lead innovations around bot services and using emerging technology to serve customers more effectively.
Prior to TfL, Steven worked at marketing agencies on campaigns specialising in digital comms.
