Surinder heads up Marketing Centres of Excellence for Hilton Worldwide and has worked in Digital Marketing since 2006. Today her current role comprises of Performance & Campaign Media, Strategy & Planning, Audience Insights and Digital Platforms.
As a passionate and mindful leader, Surinder champions representation, belonging and wellness within her organisation, broader profession, and local community.
Championing greater representation within advertising, and supporting diverse talent thrive and progress within the industry, Surinder leads strategy and planning for D&I within the Marketing organisation at Hilton. She is also an active member of MEFA (Media For All) and the WFA (World Federation of Advertising) partnering with likeminded individuals across industries to advance DRI.
