Once a software engineer, a digital marketer and a product manager within organisations such as Procter & Gamble, Citigroup and currently Legal & General. Tariq’s career has covered the customer experience lifecycle across varied sectors, from running the high profile product launch of Gillette Fusion to designing cutting edge digital investment products – making investing accessible to the mass market. Tariq is passionate about creating human experiences unifying product, marketing, and technology. He has enabled organisations to embrace innovation by adopting design thinking principles, product mindsets, and agile methodologies.

 

In his current role at Legal & General, Tariq is leading an innovative product roadmap reaching the entire employee base, using disruptive tech and unconventional thinking to create the next generation of employee experiences to build the future of work.

 

Tariq has a Masters in Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London, specialising in Human-Computer Interaction.
