Veronika started her marketing career at LEGO in 1999, helping launch LEGO Shop At Home across Europe, localising marketing messages, offers, and optimising user journeys. 

She has extensive online and offline experience in fast paced, frequently changing company environments, encompassing strategic planning, and international interactive marketing.

Throughout her careers at Egmont and Digital River, where she looked after accounts such as Kaspersky Antivirus Software and Lenovo, she has proven her ability todrive revenue and profit increase, capitalising on emerging technologies, developing commercial partnerships, delivering clear brand and online value propositions.

More recently she joined HMD Global Oy (the Home of the Nokia Phones) where she focused on achieving continuous, improved business performance whilst establishing digital GTM plans across Western Europe, before setting up her own business and stepping into providing Consultancy Services.

When Veronika isn’t busy working, she can be found with her family in Reading, Berkshire or visiting family in Germany. She enjoys long-distance running and volunteers as a Running Coach for Reading Roadrunners.
