Amit leads the Digital Experimentation and Insights team for American Express. The team is responsible for driving better outcomes for Amex across Digital Marketing, Product Management, Digital Payments, Enterprise Platforms & the Amex Digital Labs – the inhouse incubator. Amit leads the efforts to create better analytics, performance frameworks, insights, competitive benchmarking, conversion optimization, personalized experiences & experimentation.

Amit has previously managed Digital application & onboarding products for the company. He has extensive experience in Risk management across Consumer & Commercial business units. Amit has led Credit Risk Underwriting for all International markets & was the company’s Chief Risk Office in Japan and India.

His experience includes stints in Standard Chartered Bank’s Risk & Servicing teams.

Amit has an MBA from FMS, University of Delhi and a B. Tech. from IIT Delhi.
