Andy Garrett is the Head of Marketing & Communications at SitusAMC, the leading solutions provider to the commercial and residential real estate finance industry.
Since joining the firm in 2018, Andy has reshaped SitusAMC’s brand, helping lead the firm through a monumental merger in 2019 that doubled the firm’s size and guided the organization through 15+ acquisitions. On a daily basis, Andy and his team lead the firm’s marketing efforts, including brand strategy, advertising, digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, PR, and sales enablement.
Andy is a proven marketer, with experience leading transformational change for the world’s leading brands. He served as the Global Head of Brand Marketing at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, where he led the repositioning and digital transformation of CBRE’s global brand and unified marketing efforts for 80,000+ professionals across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Prior to that, Andy was at BBDO, the world’s most creative advertising agency, leading a number of strategic accounts including Empire State Development, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, General Electric, and SC Johnson. Andy began his career at Johnson & Johnson where he partnered with gynecologists and urologists to elevate their surgical approach to numerous disease states and helped them deliver better patient outcomes.
Andy recently moved to Miami from NYC with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, cooking and is learning to sail. He recently launched an agency, Upward+Onward, where he provides brand and marketing support for startups and the startup-minded.
