Prior to Arc, Austin spent three years at Bolt, the checkout experience platform, where he drove thousands of SMB leads into the funnel, surpassing MQL and CPMQL targets and contributed to the funnel acceleration of $50B+ GMV of deals in the pipeline. Austin joined Bolt when the startup had ~100 employees and exited when the company had scaled to ~1000 employees with a valuation of $12B.
