Jami is a driven brand and sports marketing leader with over a decade of sports and activation success. She has a hard-won understanding of crafting deep connections among people that allows a business to shine through in an authentic and meaningful way to the consumer. While building an authentic roster, she has helped achieved business goals, appealing to the stakeholder desires and needs all with a steadfast ability to navigate unforeseen and complex challenges along the way.
Jami is currently the run category senior manager of sports marketing at Under Armour where she leads the global strategy for the category among all things of running — track, trail, and road running — promoting professional athletes, events, partnerships, and more. She built the category’s first ever roster and voice for Under Armour and played a pivotal role in transforming awareness for the brand, turning Under Armour run into one of the top running brands in the industry. She is one of the few female sports marketing reps within the run industry. When she began her journey in sports marketing, she has strived to make a difference in the sports marketing industry in helping other females to knock down the barriers of a very heavy men environment and how to inspire, encourage, and elevate women in their career, business, life and beyond.
Jami also acts as a contributing fitness and wellness advocate in the city of Baltimore. She was among one of the first instructors at REV Cycle Studio (Baltimore’s first boutique cycle studio named Baltimore’s Best). She is involved in the community by using movement and wellness to help change the city’s culture for the better. She hopes to break down the barriers of perfectionism, and to create real and raw conversations about burnout, women in sport, and self-wellness.
