My career has allowed me to work with amazing clients over the years as a brand and retail strategist. I founded the digital experience practice at the global design firm, Gensler, so technology and digital integration are woven into business models and consumer experiences. My view of experiences for brands is through the eyes of the consumer. The strategy that I develop, facilitate, or implement, is vetted through these experiences. As we know, technology is ubiquitous, and consumers today expect digital integration across all channels.
