Kristy Mayer-Mejia is the Director of Analytics and BI at Simple, a fintech company that’s changing how people bank and helping people feel more confident with their money. In this role, she ensures infuses data-driven decision making across the company, covering everything from marketing strategy to product design to risk management.

 

Prior to joining Simple, Kristy managed product analytics at Opower, a behavioral energy efficiency company, and brought an analytics lens to international and economic policy at the World Bank, the US Treasury, and the Federal Reserve. Kristy has a Master’s in Public Affairs, with a concentration in economics, from Princeton University.
