Lynnette Montgomery is Senior Manager of New Experiences at Cisco where she is responsible for using actionable insights to deliver purpose-driven, best-in-class customer experiences that create value across the customer journey. She develops new strategies for growth designed around Cisco’s brand purpose and focused on designing for the future. Lynnette strives for continuous improvement in the customer experience by leveraging always-on customer insights and championing the goal of making the customer the hero, not the product.
For over 20 years Lynnette has been a leader in Omni-Channel Marketing & eCommerce for Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods. She has a wide range of expertise in user experience, digital marketing, and technology. Prior to Cisco, Montgomery held various positions leading global ecommerce and digital marketing for Seventh Generation, Burt’s Bees, The Clorox Company, Performance Bicycle, and Levenger.
