Rachel commissions and writes impactful, audience-led journalism for a global audience in excess of 10 million across all platforms. Specialising in online communities, Community, engagement and retention is core. Rachel also oversees the company’s Reddit strategy, having previously overseen an industry-leading approach at The Telegraph. 

Rachel also founded the Young Journalist Network, a national organisation of early and aspiring media professionals. The company offers mentorship, networking opportunities, development resources and community events.
