Victoria Santoriello is the Vice President of Global Customer Experience and Go to Market Strategy at Kate Spade, responsible for enabling consistency and innovation across all customer touchpoints as well as leading the brand’s seasonal go to market process. She joined Kate Spade in 2020, where she initially oversaw global merchandising strategy before expanding her scope into customer experience.

Before joining Kate Spade, Victoria has built a career in the retail industry leading cross-functional teams in strategy, merchandising, marketing, product development, design, sales and commercial operations within a variety of product categories. From 2018 to 2020, Victoria oversaw omnichannel business strategy for Macy’s four-billion-dollar ready-to-wear business. Prior to Macy’s, Victoria was a Director of Merchandising and Design Strategy at Victoria’s Secret, and she began her career as an assistant in VIP Sales and Client Development at Bergdorf Goodman. Victoria received her MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and her bachelor’s degree in art history from Duke University.
