Zeena Koda began her storied music career in 2006 as PR manager at Earache Records, eventually moving on to the media relations team at Roadrunner Records during a time where digital promo began to take over. From label life she joined the agency & media world as a digital publicist for Cornerstone Agency / The FADER, eventually landing as director of digital accounts, overseeing lifestyle digital marketing for brands such as Converse, A24, FOX, Pepsi, Bushmills and Vitaminwater,


In 2008 she began a national broadcast career at SiriusXM as a daily radio host on Liquid Metal and hosted video content for FUSE, Music Choice, The Fader, VEVO and Loudwire. Adding freelance writing into the mix she has penned articles for Uproxx, VICE / Noisey and PROHBTD. On the voiceover front Zeena was the voice of Pinball Rocks and recorded commercial spots for NIKE and various SiriusXM programming. In 2014, she developed and hosted the female-centric comedy podcast The Litterboxx on DASH Radio and produced a monthly podcast for Revolver Magazine. Currently she is producing a women’s lifestyle podcast called LADY ISH on Anchor.


In 2015 she moved to Los Angeles to oversee digital direction for the revamp of Motown Records and Motown.com and aid in the relaunch of the label with Quality Control. Currently, she heads up the urban digital marketing team at Atlantic Records, sculpting strategy for the group & working on albums for Nipsey Hussle, Meek Mill, Rico Nasty, Bazzi and more.
