Delegate Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions on www.digitalmarketing-conference.com<\/a> you are bound by and agree to the relevant Terms and Conditions of DMWF Ltd.<\/p>\n

www.digitalmarketing-conference.com<\/a> is the website of \u00a0DMWF LTD.<\/p>\n

The following Terms and Conditions shall constitute a Contract of Agreement between you as a participant in an event and DMWF Ltd.<\/p>\n

Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n

DMWF LTD shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations, including cancelling or rescheduling an event, if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster; strikes or labour disputes; terrorist attack, civil unrest or riots, war, threat of war or other armed conflict, the imposition of sanctions or embargo;\u00a0 infectious diseases, epidemic or pandemic, biological, nuclear or chemical contamination; any law, action or directive given or taken by a government or public authority; collapse of building, accidents, or fire; breakdown of plant or machinery; or the interruption or failure of a utility service (\u201cForce Majeure\u201d).<\/p>\n

DMWF LTD will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if an event for which you have registered is affected by a Force Majeure. Such notice may be given by email (even if you have not signed up for marketing emails) or by a statement published on this website.<\/p>\n

If DMWF Ltd is forced to delay, relocate or cancel an event due to any Force Majeure, no refunds will be given, however DMWF Ltd may, at its sole discretion, exchange event tickets for entry to any future DMWF event.<\/p>\n

Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nothing in this agreement is intended to exclude or limit any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.<\/p>\n

Subject to the preceding paragraph, the liability of DMWF Ltd to you (or the organisation that employs or engages you) under this agreement in respect of any single DMWF Ltd event is limited to the total ticket cost paid by you for that event.<\/p>\n

You should ensure that you arrange appropriate insurance cover to meet any liabilities which are excluded by us under this agreement, including (but not limited to) any costs of travelling to and staying at or near the event.<\/p>\n

Shared Details<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a potential visitor to a DMWF Ltd. event, please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. By submitting your registration, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, we will be unable to accept your registration.<\/p>\n

The personal information which you provide to DMWF Ltd. will be held by us on a database and, where we have appropriate authorisation\/consent, may be shared with other entities within the DMWF Ltd and selected third parties internationally for marketing purposes and event matchmaking. Your personal information may also be shared with government entities and regulatory authorities as required by law. The use that such government entities and regulatory authorities make of your personal information is outside of DMWF Ltd\u2019s control and we do not accept any liability in this regard. At some Events, exhibitors may use lead generation devices. If you choose to allow your badge to be scanned at an event, we may pass the information you provide to third parties.<\/p>\n

By registering for a ticket to attend one of our events, or accepting a ticket, you are allowing your details to be included in our mailing list which will be used to send you details about the event of future events.<\/p>\n

By registering, or accepting an invitation to attend the event, you may be featured in the official event matchmaking tool. Your name, job title, and the company will be visible to other attendees, speakers, sponsors, and press. Messages and meeting requests can be sent via the app platform. Contact details will\u00a0not<\/u>\u00a0be shared. If you no longer wish to be featured in the event networking tool, you can hide your profile by logging in to your account, or by contacting the event team on\u00a0hello@digitalmarketingwf.com<\/a><\/p>\n

When booking your attendance, you may be asked if you wish to be contacted by sponsored parties. Depending on how you reply, sponsored parties may contact you by post or email with information or offers regarding their goods and services.<\/p>\n

Please note if you are attending as press to any DMWF Ltd. Event your job title, email address, and the company will be visible to third parties for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have any of your contact details shared please contact the event team on\u00a0hello@digitalmarketingwf.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Refunds policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

We regret that we cannot offer refunds on passes once registered for and the registrant has received the invoice. We may be able to transfer a ticket to another DMWF event, this is at our discretion.<\/p>\n

Delegate obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any delegates found selling to exhibitors or to other delegates will be required to leave.<\/p>\n

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or to insist that any delegate leaves the exhibition for any reason.<\/p>\n

Cancellation or Changing of the Event Date\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

DMWF Ltd. reserves the right to postpone, relocate the venue or alter the times and\/or date of the Conference. Such changes shall not affect the validity of this agreement, however, DMWF Ltd. shall, as far as is reasonable, ensure that any such changes do not substantially affect Your rights.<\/p>\n

VAT<\/strong><\/p>\n

All prices are exclusive of VAT\u2019 and \u2018VAT may be charged in addition to the advertised price according to local regulations<\/p>\n

Photography, Recording & Video Taping<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the course of the two-day event, certain parts of DMWF may be photographed, recorded and\/or videotaped. When registering for the show you are also giving permission to be photographed, recorded and\/or videotaped. These photography, recording and\/or videotapes will be used for public display and\/or sale after the show.<\/p>\n

Drinking<\/strong><\/p>\n

DMWF Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the actions of others while under the influence of alcohol served at DMWF events, including the official party, location to be confirmed. It is also acknowledged by attendees that it is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.<\/p>\n

Health & Safety \/ Law<\/strong><\/p>\n

As an attendee at DMWF, you have a duty to maintain health and safety standards for your own and others\u2019 benefit.<\/p>\n

Failure to comply with any laws, health & safety and\/or restrictions imposed by the venue and\/or DMWF, may result in immediate removal from the premises without any refund or compensation.<\/p>\n

Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n

DMWF is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This statement outlines our practices in relation to information about yourself, which you submit to us in order to register with DMWF and use the www.digitalmarketing-conference.com<\/a> website.<\/p>\n
