#DMWF Virtual is free to register. There are limited online seats available so we are asking you to register for your pass and your attendance will go through an approval process.  

You can register your interest in attending #DMWF Virtual on our event website here.

Whilst we cannot guarantee approval, if you fit the criteria stated above and register with a company email, then your registration will likely be approved.

After you have registered to attend the #DMWF team will be in touch via email shortly after to confirm your attendance and provide details on how to access the online conference. 

If your registration has not been successful, the team will let you know and provide details on how you can access the content.

Your pass to #DMWF Virtual will include:

          Full access to the #DMWF Virtual event app

          Speaker sessions, keynotes and practical how-to sessions

          Full access to the #DMWF Virtual Expo, including exhibitor profiles, supporting documents and videos

          One-to-one online networking opportunities with other registered users

          Registrants will also have access to recorded presentations, slide decks, and other post-event resources.

#DMWF Virtual will be hosted within the #DMWF event app! You can sign in and access all content via your mobile, tablet or desktop.

The #DMWF team will be in touch via email with the link and your personal logins to the event app.

When you first log in you will be prompted to create your profile, if you don’t do this at this point, not to worry you can do this later. All you need to do is:

 

          Select your profile at the bottom right of your screen

          Add your summary: Share a bit more information about yourself, your role, who you are looking to meet.

          Add your accounts: To help you grow your professional connections you can share contact information and social media links.

One week before the event, you will be invited to join the event app. This will allow you enough time to build out your own agenda and pick and choose which sessions you would like to attend.

All LIVE sessions will be highlighted so you don’t miss them. You can watch the on-demand sessions to fit in with your own agenda.

At 9 am on Wednesday, September 16 all on-demand videos and supporting content will be added to the online conference environment for you to view. Live sessions will be broadcast at the stated times.

Not to worry if you miss the live sessions, on-demand versions of these webinars will also be available within the app after they have finished.

There will be a mixture of on-demand and live content available to the worldwide community can join, whatever your time zone.

Once you have created your profile within the app, you will be able to connect with other virtual attendees. There is even a suggested connection feature within the app!

When you’re in the app homepage, select the ‘Attendees’ icon. This is a full list of everyone who is attending. You can scroll through alphabetically or search by name, job titles or companies.

Once you find someone you want to connect with you can send the message. Once they accept the connection request you will be able to view their full profile and message each other.

All sessions and supporting content will be in English.

Yes, you can attend and view content from wherever you are in the world.

Yes! Once you go to the session you want to attend on the agenda, you can add it to our agenda within the event app, or you can sync it with your personal calendar but selecting the icon on the top right of your screen.

Once the session is available you can go into the session on the agenda and select view recording. You will be asked to provide your email address to access the video.

For the live sessions, there will be a Q&A feature available within the webinar platform. With the on-demand sessions, you can ask the speakers questions directly from within the event networking feature.

Yes! We also have a desktop version of the app available for you to watch! You can use the event app on your mobile, tablet or desktop.

There is an online expo feature within our event app. You view all of our exhibitor’s profiles, where you can read more about the services they offer, the sessions they are hosting, view any supporting content and expert advice they are sharing. Plus you can see who is the best person to contact to connect via our attendee networking feature.
