Pam leads North America Strategic Insights and Technical Consumer Research team in Research & Development at The Coca-Cola Company. She and her team are enthusiastic and innovative Sensory & Consumer Insight champions who tirelessly bring forth the voice of the consumer to support and enable the company’s innovation agenda. Pam joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2006 and has over 20 years Consumer Packaged Goods experience that includes Research & Development, Market Research, and Brand Development in a range of categories: Food & Beverage (retail and foodservice), Personal Care, Child Care, Business-to-Business Marketing. Pam is recognized for executional and thought leadership in the application of consumer, technical and sensory insights to shape business strategy and drive growth.
Pam attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where she obtained a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering. In her spare time, Pam is an avid amateur ballroom dancer and former national champion.
