With over fifteen years of experience across diverse businesses and industries, his leadership philosophy emphasizes building resilient teams where innovation thrives.


As Director, Digital & Design and a member of the Leadership Team of Global Corporate Communications at Colgate-Palmolive, Kevin leads the creative strategy for the Company brand and identity. His leadership was crucial in overseeing the successful “Make More Smiles” global company rebrand rollout in August 2025. His team also manages the company website, governance of the corporate visual identity, and the company’s social channels, which has a footprint of over 2M.


Kevin’s career in media, content marketing and communications has been broad ranging. From launching Food Network’s first streaming OTT app to creating innovative, award-winning content initiatives at Healthline Media, to leading the corporate brand identity and creative corporate communications vision for Colgate-Palmolive, Kevin’s career is marked by a passion for purpose-driven, innovative initiatives, an insistence on inclusive storytelling, and an empathetic, audience-first approach.


Kevin serves as the Business & Strategy Lead at Do The WeRQ, a non-profit dedicated to amplifying LGBTQ+ creativity in marketing and advertising. He is also a former volunteer on the Trevor Project’s suicide prevention and crisis intervention lifeline.


He holds a BA from Georgetown University, and an MBA from NYU Stern, where he concentrated in Marketing, Entertainment Media & Technology and Leadership & Change Management.
